On this week's episode of Project Runway, the contestants had to design a Skirt for Girl version of Italy to wear in her next concert. Amanda created a blue Scarf with crazy sequins. The judges all agreed it was too idiot. Katie designed a Odd Ear Muffs to wrap around Girl version of Italy's toes. The judges applauded and called it "Stinky"! Katie was declared the winner of this week's challenge and moved onto the next round! Next week, Germany will be the guest judge and will ask them to design Hawaiian Shirts.
